Summer Services:
• Weekly Lawn Mowing:
- All mowing and trimming with be
done on the same day weekly,
weather permitting
- Grass clippings will be left unless an
excess amount is accumulated
- Trimming will be done around entire
property, including any trees or
landscaped areas. - Driveways,
sidewalks, patios and all other land-
scaping will be completely blown
off to clear them of any grass clippings
- Edging will be done weekly along all
concrete sidewalks, driveways and
boulevards
• Lawn Fertilization:
- Fertilization will be based on a 4-step
program beginning in April with a pre-
emergent application
- Granular feedings and liquid weed
control "fert and squirt" will follow in
late May, July and September
